How to Make Crepes


The crepes are perfect with coffee, tea, and even be part of a lunch. We show the complete recipe and a delicious sweet to fill option.

The crepes are very simple to do. It is basically a paste that is filled at ease; They can be served with ice cream candy or some type of whipped cream or savory with sliced vegetables and fruits

*How to prepare crepes

For the preparation of pulp, we need the following ingredients:

* 1 cup regular milk.
* 1/2 cup all-purpose flour.
* 2 teaspoons of brown or white sugar.
* 1 egg.
* 1 pinch of salt.
* 50 grams of melted butter.

To prepare crepes, we liquefy all ingredients at maximum speed. Besides, we proceed to heat a skillet over medium-low heat, and had a napkin with oil on it, to prevent sticking.

Once the pan hot, put a spoonful of the mixture to the desired size, and scatter across the surface, being careful that it is not as thick texture should be thin crepe.
